We hope you are doing well and staying safe as school is coming to an end and restrictions are being lifted. I am reminded this week how blessed we are to be living in America, but am reminded of the life-threatening situations around the world, especially where our missionaries are located.

Please join us in prayer for those that are suffering, starving to death, and don't have the medicine they need. Also, that God will still be glorified through these situations, and through the missionaries. Please pray for protection for the missionaries, as other countries now see foreigners as dangerous. As Ramadan nears it's end, let us also pray for the Muslims looking for a spiritual awakening; that they would be awakened to Jesus Christ and turn to Him!

Kingdom Kids is still here to help during this time, until we can once again meet as a body! We want to help you lead your children during this season. What great opportunity we have "To reach out through grace, to build mature and equipped Christ followers, who in turn will make disciples of all nations".

We wanted to create a space where different resources, ideas, apps, activities, and encouragement could be shared to connect us in this time of social distancing, bouncing ideas off of one another, and encouraging one another. Although we cannot gather on Sunday mornings right now, you are not alone, and we are all in this together. Let's link arms and make the most of this time to glorify God in all things!

Moving into week (I honestly don't know) of the pandemic, I'm praying for sustainability, peace, and patience for all of us. I know there are frustrations, but there are also so many sweet joys during this time. It has been encouraging to see some of you share those sweet moments on social media. Praying this big PAUSE cultivates some great new lifestyle practices, peace, and faithfulness. That we would return to our first love.

Kingdom Kids is here to help during this time. We want to resource you with ideas, materials, and activities that make the most of this time you have with your kids. And most of all, we want to help you lead them spiritually in this season. Our mission statement being "To reach out through grace, to build mature and equipped Christ followers, who in turn will make disciples of all nations".

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all you amazing mommas out there!! We hope you know how loved and special you are. Mommas carry and impart a special part of God's heart, and we pray you know how loved, valued, and seen you are. Your efforts, care, and sacrifice does not go unnoticed, and they especially have not during this unusual season!!

Kingdom Kids is here to help during this time. We want to resource you with ideas, materials, and activities that make the most of this time you have with your kids. And most of all, we want to help you lead them spiritually in this season. Mother's Day Breakfast

One great idea for Mother's Day, since it falls on Sunday, is "Pancakes with the Pastor", or doing some of your favorites for breakfast. One of my favorite memories from the camp I worked at was their Sunday morning COFFEE CAKE, and they shared the recipe with everyone!
Whatever we do, the words, time, and effort will speak so much love!

We know that the Corona Virus epidemic certainly has brought changes to your family. Some might be stressful, but some might be a welcomed slow-down to a hurried pace. We are praying for you as you continue to navigate this new normal of leading kids through school work, keeping them entertained throughout the days, and finding time to do the things you need to get done for yourself.

Kingdom Kids is here to help in any way we can! We want to resource you with ideas, materials, and activities that make the most of this time you have with your kids. And most of all, we want to help you lead them spiritually in this season. Our mission statement being "To reach out through grace, to build mature and equipped Christ followers, who in turn will make disciples of all nations," we want to provide enough varying resources to aid in discipling your children. Even though we can’t gather together in the building for the foreseeable future, it doesn’t mean we can’t continue to worship and grow together.

Resources to Grow & Serve

With all the changes to our schedules that have come with COVID-19, all the replanning or cancelling, we are exploring summer camp options in the midst of this pandemic. A lot of camps are closing all together, and with the definite possibility that that may happen, we want to explore other options to give your family and awesome opportunity to grow in the Lord together, and connect as a family through some fun ways.

"Camp In A Box" for K-6 grade is the best resource we have found. There are many different options of boxes that you can purchase. It will be delivered to your door, and your kids can follow the message and worship digitally, you as a facilitator, and the boxes come with the activities and supplies. You would have the complete freedom to do it all in a week, or over a few weeks in the summer. There are so many ways we could all be involved in this, and how it could look.

I am trying my hardest to gather information from you, parents, on how interested we as a church would be in something like this. Your input is very valuable!

thechosenI would encourage everyone to watch this series!! You can view all episodes of season 1 on Youtube, or you can download the free app (The Chosen), and watch all the episodes on there. It does connect to your tv in multiple ways. It is family friendly, but I would possibly watch the first episode yourself before showing it to your kids (there is demon possession). The show follows the Jesus' public ministry, and it is one of the most powerful things I have seen. I will watch it through a second time, and many more. My view of Jesus and his disciples has been impacted for the better. I hope it is a blessing to you as well!

As a church staff, we’re always looking for ways to help you develop and strengthen your faith, and one of those ways is serving. Right now medical staff are needing sheets to go over nurse scrubs, and the White County Support office pantry is needing food. You can go to Fellowship's facebook or instagram page for more details!

If you have any questions about these things, please don't hesitate to reach out!
